Welcome to the SaniCONNECT mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using SaniCONNECT, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
By using the SaniCONNECT App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules provided within the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
SaniCONNECT is designed for use by SaniGLAZE franchise members to provide tools, resources, and functionality that assist with franchise operations, communications, and training. Unauthorized use of the App for purposes outside the scope of SaniGLAZE franchise operations is strictly prohibited.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and operational data as described in the SaniCONNECT Privacy Policy. The data collected will primarily be used to improve the functionality and user experience of the App.
SaniGLAZE reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App or its features at any time without prior notice. SaniGLAZE may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” SaniGLAZE makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the functionality or availability of the App. SaniGLAZE shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the App.
SaniGLAZE reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at its sole discretion, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
